Great value for the gardening hobbyist! The philosophy at Essex Greenhouses is to produce the highest quality greenhouse at a fair price. The Devon unit is able to withstand wind and snow loads, and was constructed for ease of assembly by the customer. The greenhouse includes the base frame and the air exhaust system. In extreme climates the exhaust system is a necessity both to help control temperature build-up and provide good air flow for the plants. The exhaust system consists of a shutter fan, a motorized vent(s) and a thermostat. All parts are top of the line manufactured by Schaefer Ventilation Equipment. Features:
*2 Roof Vents

*Mill-finish aluminum construction.

*Double sliding doors, opening to 47”, providing easy access and midsummer venting.

*Shatter-resistant polycarbonate 6MM twin-wall for efficient heating control and a higher degree of safety. The polycarbonate is UV protected on the outside and carries a ten-year guarantee against yellowing.

*Powered exhaust system consisting of a fan motorized wall vent(s) and a thermostat

*Devon greenhouses include a comprehensive assembly manual along with a DVD showing each stage of assembly along with an 800 toll free help line.

WarrantyDevon Greenhouses come with a ten-year warranty on the frame, and the polycarbonate carries a ten-year warranty against yellowing. Schaefer Ventilation products carry a one-year warranty on their equipment.
