This 6' x 16' lean-to style greenhouse just made gardening easier for those of us with limited yard space. The philosophy at Essex Greenhouses is to produce a top quality greenhouse at a fair price. The unit should be able to withstand both wind and snow loads and be constructed for ease of assembly by the customer. The unit should include the essential equipment within the unit price. This greenhouse includes the base frame, and the state-of-the-art air exhaust system (shutter fan, motorized vent(s), and a thermostat). In extreme climates this is a necessity both to help control temperature build-up and provide good air flow for the plants. All parts are top of the line manufactured by Schaefer Ventilation Equipment.
Features:
*Powder coat finish available in standard Green or White finish. (custom colors are available to match; some may carry a small additional charge).

*Aluminum clad Hinged door (32" wide on 5ft wall models/ 36" wide on 6ft wall models) with screened sliding center glass panels.

*Rainwater kit included standard with all models. Be Green - Add containers and collect rain water for your plants.

*Exhaust system consisting of a fan(s), motorized wall vent, thermostat, and fan speed controller.

*Shatter-resistant, UV-protected polycarbonate 6MM twin-wall for more efficient heating control along with a higher degree of safety.

*All glazing is pre-taped from the factory - panels are "ready to use" from the box.

*Spacious eave height allows plenty of working room inside and allows more room for shelving.

*All greenhouses include a comprehensive assembly manual and DVD showing each stage of assembly. A toll free help line is also provided.

WarrantyLincoln Greenhouses come with a ten-year warranty on the frame against decline due to faulty workmanship. The polycarbonate also carries a ten-year warranty against yellowing. Schaefer Ventilation products carry a one-year warranty on their equipment.
