Millford 8ft x 12 ft Greenhouse with Bench Accessories. What could be better than the Millford Greenhouse - already customized with several unique, high-end features for the intermediate hobbyist - that also comes complete with a cedar bench accessory kit? Everything you need to practice the gardening craft! As with other Essex Greenhouses, this Millford Greenhouse is constructed of the highest quality components. Features such as the base and the state-of-the-art air exhaust system are standard and always included. This Millford Greenhouse has been engineered to withstand both wind and snow loads, and has been constructed for ease of assembly by the customer.
Features:

*3 Cedar Benches, 1 Cedar Potting Bench with 2 removable tubs, grates and lids
*Powder coat finish available in standard Green or White finish. Custom colors are available - may carry an additional charge.
*Aluminum clad Hinged door (32” wide) with screened sliding center glass panels allowing for additional midsummer venting.
*Rainwater kit included standard with all models. By adding containers you can collect the rain water for your plants.
*Exhaust system consisting of a fan(s), motorized wall vent(s), a thermostat and fan speed controller.
*Circulation fan by Schaefer is a commercial-grade assembly giving year-round air circulation for your plants.
*Shatter-resistant polycarbonate 6MM twin-wall for more efficient heating control and a higher degree of safety. UV protected on the outside and carries a ten-year guarantee against yellowing.
*All glazing is pre-taped from the factory. Panels are ready to use from the box.
*All greenhouses include an comprehensive assembly manual along with a DVD showing each stage of assembly along with an 800 toll free help line.

WarrantyDevon Greenhouses come with a ten-year warranty on the frame against decline due to faulty workmanship. The polycarbonate also carries a ten-year warranty against yellowing. Schaefer Ventilation products carry a one-year warranty on their equipment.
